The prices are firm, once the flats are allotted and agreements are signed. |

Sale agreement will be executed between the Builder and Purchaser after allotment of apartment of flats, Sale deed for the undivided share in the land and the apartment will be registered after receipt of the full payment. Stamp duty, registration charges and related incidental expenses shall be borne by the Purchaser |

Statutory deposits, property tax, building tax, service tax, sales tax/value added tax, labour welfare cess, KSEB/KWA Deposits, and any other levies or taxes to the Government /Municipality etc., shall be paid by the Purchaser. |

All specifications and measurements mentioned in this brochure are subject to minor variations without notice. All such variations shall be purely at the discretion of the Builder. |

The area is inclusive of proportionate share of common areas and wall thickness. |

An association comprising the owners of the apartments shall be formed to carry out maintenance and other activities. The membership in the Association is compulsory. The Owner's Association will carry out all necessary maintenance and repair of common areas, common installations and fittings. Payments and charges for common facilities and services shall be met by the Association. Maintenance charges as specified by the Association shall be paid regularly by each owner as decided by the Association. |

This is a time bound project. In case payments are not made as per agreement executed, the Builders reserve the right to cancel the allotment, in which case refund to the client will be made only after re-allotting the unit to another party and such refund shall be without any interest and subject to deduction of expenses and damages.

No responsibility shall be accepted for any delay in completing the project due to unforeseen circumstances and to obtain service connections from statutory bodies due to reasons beyond the control of the Builder. |
